the quilt top! hope it looks ok, nw all i have to do is square it. It came out a bit wonky, maybe I stretched it while sewing? but oh well! I did this with a jelly roll Jimsgem sent me. Thank you Gayle! I think my grandmother in-law will love this lap quilt :)

I just made that same quilt with a Batik jelly roll, and it came out wonky too. I don't know what the problem is. Your's is very pretty by the way.

thanks :) I think maybe some of the jelly roll strips are cut on the bias. some were a tad stretchy. plus the directions for cutting the longer pieces for the square should have been
7 1/2 in not 7 1/4in.
