Well,.... it's me again Margeret! Does anyone else remember that song by Ray Stevens? I loved that song when I was a kid, along with Mississippi Squirrel Revival! LOL.... OK does that say anything about my childhood?!?!?!?

Anyway, I couldn't WAIT to share these photos with you all! This is my very first full size quilt (almost completed....just have to hand sew binding to the back.) This quilt is for my 7 year old nephew for Christmas. It is Eleanor Burns Cinnamon Swirl Pattern and it was so much fun to make. My LAQ quilted it with an all over pattern in rainbow thread that glows under black lights. I know, I know........I will definitely take pics as soon as I find myself a black light! I can't wait to see that myself!

I wanted to say how much I appreciated everyone's encouraging words about the quilt I made for my parents for Christmas. You all are the best! Enjoy!

The top of Cinnamon Swirls....

Black lights are fun! Might want to include one with the quilt. If you take a picture, don't use the flash.

Oh yeah I remember Ray Stevens! Youngest DS found some of his CD's a few years ago & we heard it nonstop for about a year! That's what we get for showing Our Kids some of the things from our past.
