Default My very first quilt in 1992

I made this quilt in 1992. I started hand quilting it and for some reason stopped. I ran across it today. I didn't know (and still don't) how to hand quilt and don't know why there is thread sticking up all over. I'm thinking about taking out the hand stitching and machine stitching it since I never finished quilting it and it looks like I did it completely wrong. But I think the Angels are adorable.

I think it is cute as a button. Perhaps you could finish it and call it before and after I learned how. LOL

The hand quilting is really good. If you can finish it in hand quilting, I would. I cannot hold a needle, so am very envious of anyone who hand quilts that nice.

Cute. I remember when this panel was real popular. I probably have one around here somewhere.
