I made this quilt to sell at an auction for a benefit for a family member..It has turned out so welllll, I am very proud of it..I am thinking of just giving it to the family member as he has cancer just about all over....I would hope it would be used well...He has been taking chemo and trying to work too...The benefit is this Saturday and I have to decide which way to do it by then...Thanks for looking. My FMQ is getting better and better on domestic machine...LOL

that is awesome - Gosh, hard decision to make - maybe make another one for him to use??/ just a thought that way you can still raffle this one off for the funds... Good job on the quilting also... You should be very proud... :)

Your quilt is lovely; good work. About what to do... guess that would be up to what would be of more benefit to him right now, the quilt or the money?

Why not give him the choice? He might like to have the quilt from you.

My dh went through 2 years of chemo back in 2001 for lung cancer and he is always cold. I can be melting from heat and he has a throw over him so if your family member is anything like my dh when he sits down at nite he is probably cold too. I agree with lacelady give him the choice. He may need it for himself. Thanks for your generosity.
