Bought it at a yard sale from a women who said her grandmother made it. She guessed she made it in the 30's or 40's. Price: $2. Score! :D

Awesome! Can't believe people sell things made by relatives like this! I would love to have one of my grandma's quilts.

What a great find. I don't understand how someone can sell something like that. Her Grandmother's hard work is only worth $2.00. How sad. Hope you will give this quilt a loving home that it deserves. This just makes me so sad.

I absolutely will! I agree, there's no way I'd ever sell any of the quilts my mother has given me. I'm a 4th generation quilter and I absolutely love the vintage-style quilts, I only wish I had some of the quilts my grandmother and great-grandmother made. You can guarantee this quilt will never leave my home as long as I'm alive. :)

I agree! It is very sad :cry: but good too because it is where it is appreciated!
