Ok...I have a turning 20 quilt top (almost) finished. It is not quilted yet. My material choices got a little busy & I thought that maybe I should have used more solids in it...but I decided it will still be fun & not to worry about it. I actually have another border I will be adding so it is still a work in progress. Some of my pieces are paperpieced. The large light houses, the large whales & the large larger sailboats.

Sweet!! Making it for anyone in particular or keeping it for yourself?

I'm going to keep this one. It has been put on the back burner for a long time now (probably because I'm making it for me). I don't have any quilts finished for myself yet. LOL How does that story go about the plumbers wife? I'm working on Christmas table runners now (or should be) & hope to quilt this after Christmas.

I rotated the photo in a different post...how silly! I'll rotate it in this post like I should have done to begin with.

I just love it when someone takes a pattern and does something special to make it their own. I'm crazy about what you did to this one to give it a nautical theme Pam. Really excellent work to make such a simple pattern go "wow"! :)
