    Congrats to the winner. How great to hear how concerned she was about the construction and what the judges would think. That is a really nice bag.

    What a great job on the bag! I love to see young people enjoying sewing. This young lady will always remember you for teaching her how to sew. I know this because when I was around the same age a woman volunteered to teach us to sew patchwork potholders at our Girl Scout meetings. I will never forget Mrs. Berry and how she introduced me to sewing.

    What a wonderful reward for all her hard work. She is surely so proud - and deservedly so, for her dedication to getting it just right. Kudos to you for being her guide and mentor. This is a great story - thanks for sharing.
