Lovely machines! I have 3 black ones. I belong to a yahoo group called Featherweight. I rarely go there anymore, but if you have any questions about the machines, including the Singer emblem placement or maintenance, there are a couple of guys on it who actually worked at the Singer factories years ago and many more who know lots about them.
