I did alternate blocks. Ive done 5 sew far and they look fabulous darling. So now my next question is should I put , wow just went braindead, border throughout the quilt or just around the quilt.

I agree no sashing. When they are all put together you will get those lovely squares on point from each of the corners meeting.
