and I fell in love. Seams so Right really is. Small, but ever so nice. Bought fabric, patterns, and signed up for class. Here is my fabric for the 9-Patch Pazzazz we will make. Robert Kauffman and Andover fabrics. Cranes will be focal fabric of course. Mix in the green and cream in 9 patches, and the orange for border. What do you think? Should I reverse the green and orange? Class isn't till March 3, and I am so-o-o-o excited. I don't want to over think this, but I want to be ready.

I did a pattern in that same book in a class I took in Rockport, TX last year. Loved the class, love the quilt, love the LQS and I've made a few more quilts with that same pattern idea. I think it's a matter of choice as to green or orange. Either way it will be spectacular.

Thank you! I don't normally go for the oriental prints, but I really like this one. I also like that this LQS is less than a mile from my house. I'll probably buy other prints to make more of this pattern if it is as easy as it looks.

You will love this book, and I'm sure you'll make more than one. I love this pattern, and I've made several quilts in this style.
And I love your fabric choices. If it was me, I wouldn't be able to wait for the class.
