Some years ago my DDL got me started quilting....she invited me to a quilting retreat in Des Moines...we drove from Missouri to spend the weekend...of course it snowed us in and we didn't get to go to the retreat so we just hunkered down and sewed there..When I was going through totes to find small projects to accommodate a back that wasn't going to tolerate a quilt I ran across some left over blocks from that first quilt..the designs are a little strange but that is about the only way they would go together and even that took some cutting and trimming...wasn't very good at squaring and matching...She has the quilt so I'm pretty sure she's going to want the pillows too...LOL

The retreat was I'm thinking about 10 years or more ago...geez how time flies...never know what you will find in the bottom of totes..LOL
