Default A New Quilt Rack ... solid, low cost and easy peasy!

Here's my new quilt rack ... simplistic and doesn't impose on the quilt it will hang.

... a pair of coat hooks, a 1-1/2" x 8 ft dowel and a wall!
Hardest part was finding coat hooks, with a big enough hook for the dowel.

So, where *did* you find the hooks with a big enough support for the dowel? Can you give us an idea of the model/maker/price and store??
I like this idea a lot!! Thank you for sharing it.

DHMom ... hanging sleeve is being installed ... it's my Pony Club quilt!

JanInVA ... the hooks were just standard ones from Home Depot. $4.99 each.

I wanted something that sat close to the ceiling, and did not steal the show from the quilt!
Plus that would make it easy enough to put the rod and quilt on/off the rack/hooks.
Longest dowel available was 8 ft. Otherwise I would have made it longer.
