I have recently bought a new quilting system.
We had a Gammill Classic but when we moved we had to sell it. No room here for it!
Here's a couple of pics of the new system.

Some of you have asked about this system.
We just got it set up on Saturday, the 17th, so I haven't put anything on it to quilt yet.
So far I'd have to say the frame is sturdy & it went together fairly easily.
The machine seems to be one of the heavy duty ones similar to my Janome 1600P.
We put one of the encoders for the speed control in backwards & it burnt it up. (anyone know if we can buy one, just the encoder thingy, from Grace?)
I will put a quilt on it some time soon, I hope, & take pics & let y'all know what I think about it again then.

Hi: I also have a grace frame with a juki. My hand control died, so I called up the company where I purchased my unit. They contacted Grace and I was able to purchase new controls units. I think you could do the same, or if you bought direct from Grace. then contact them for a new part. Good Luck with your new home etc.

What a wonderful system in a beautiful new home.

For something that used to be a hunter's cabin I'd love to see before and after pics!!

Good luck with the quilting and keep us posted!!

We called the Grace company & they are sending us a new encoder for it. Just $89 for it!?!? LOL
Anyway, we will get it in a week or so & then we can have a stitch regulator too.
Oh, the before & after pics for this place are amazing. When we got here, there was an outhouse in the back! Of course, there was indoor plumbing too, so we bulldozed that sucker down.

    Thanks.
We got the encoder & put it on. Everything is good now, after having to straighten out the carriage to get it to "set" like it's supposed to.
