Its her pioneer sampler book.
The blocks are:
Arizona, Cheyenne, Chisholm trail, Golden gate, Illinois,Kentucky chain, Louisianna, Missouri, Montana, Rocky mountain, and Salt Lake city.

Those are just beautiful!!! Turquoise and black are one of my favorite color combos!!! Awesome job!
