I really like how the green in the black fabric makes the other fabrics with the green "wake up." Great combination!

Sorry to hear about your broken wrist! I can imagine you're frustrated and can't wait to get back to quilting, but look at all the time you have to plan a bunch of new projects. Looks like you've already figured that out. lol

Looks great to me, your piecing and color choices are always great. I hope your wrist heals super fast so you can make more tops and maybe get some quilted.

I cut it before I broke my wrist.

LOve those fabrics and I do think the black will make a statement. Hope your wrist is healing nicely. I had hand surgery in Sept. and didn't think I'd ever get back to sewing and knitting, but I'm back now! You will be too.

Look at this time as an opportunity to take a break and soak up some energy and enthusiasm by looking through magazines and quilting books (and the board) so you will be ready to go when your wrist is completely healed. You will be surprised at how energized you will feel after this time away from your sewing machine.
Your fabrics are perfect together and I feel sure you will pick a great pattern and turn them into a beautiful quilt.
Good luck on a perfect heal.

I just had a problem with black .I think you need a true and deeper black to make those pretty colors pop.

Looks good to me. Maybe as a sashing.
