It was a gorgeous weekend and I felt guilty at the thought of spending a day inside quilting, so I took my munchkin to the coast and we ate blueberry pie and ice cream, played at the beach and bought lots of good stuff for my new project at Quilting By the Sea and Fabricate (dontcha love those names?) . We both had a blast...

my little munchkin...

I am so jealous. I love blacks and whites. Did you find a sale or what? How many yards do you have. They will make one or several beautiful quilts. Your child is beautiful too. I love the beach/coast.

The fabric is lovely but I really like the photo of Munchkin! It's great...her coral/pink outfit pops against that muted background and you just feel her joy. So sweet!

looks like a lot of fabric, but I got 1/2 yards of everything...figured I would go back for more if I liked something and wanted it for later. I actually thought it would be a lot more costly, but I stayed within my budget for the day...sort of ;)

Oh ok. Thought I was going to have to take a loan for you. LOL. I buy half ayrds quite often so I can have more variety. Your choices were beautiful. Happy quilting
