I like the bowtucks bag, but wanted to try something a little bit different. I think this one turned out to look like summer, what do you think?

I love it! I'm ready to try a different pattern too.

The pattern is called Purse-snickety. It is not difficult at all, but could stand to be enlarged just a little bit. Easy enough to do I think. Will let you know when I try it. I think it will be fun with Holiday fabricds

The gromets are curtain gromets, you just cut a hole just a tad bit smaller than the template, place it inside fit fabric over it and snap it together. Really simple. I got mine from Quilters Quarter in Hanford, Ca, but I am going to try Lowe's or Home Depot next time, I think they would be cheaper. The pattern is Purse-nikity, and you can find it online. The picture on the pattern does not do the bag justice, but to each his own, right?

It's quite beautiful. I love the fabric. It's not the "same/ol". I like that!
