    looks like somethin you would find on a sweater from the Alps in either Switzerland or Austria.

    My father is an avid carver of bone items. He makes he tiniest of things from bone. This looks similar to what he does, I wonder if it is a type or style similar to schrimschaw?

    It could be a stamped design like the old seals to close letters with wax? Maybe?
