Ever since I saw this gold fabric the other day I have been thinking about it. So even though I ran from the fabric store the other day I had to go back and get it today. I have no idea what I am going to do with it but I think it is just the prettiest gold fabric I have ever seen.

How elegant... I like dvseals idea of dark blue -- and perhaps deep purples. Oh, the possibilities are endless!

Sounds great. The fabric is soooo much prettier in person. I like the deep blue/purple idea. They had some amazing blues there too. Ohhhh so weak!!!

Cobalt blue was my first thought too - love it!

I have a small collection of those Michael Miller Fairy Frost fabrics. I love the look of them in quilts. I used some in placemats a couple years ago and with all the repeated washings they no longer "sparkle" but still look pretty.

Very elegant fabric! I'm sure you will think of something fantastic to do with it! I love the idea of blue or purples.

I share your weakness! Fabrics call out to me, so I have to stay away from where they hang out until I clear some room for more! Trying really hard to sew with what I have and not NEED to visit those dangerous places. Alas, I MUST go pick up some rulers I ordered! Putting it off as long as I dare! :?
BTW, that is a BEAUTIFUL fabric. Does it feel as nice as it looks?
