Okay so now you know and I will admit this is not my machine........ it belongs to Anne (Honchy) and is the nicest Red Eye I have had the chance to play with. I am still cleaning the plated parts and hopefully I will have it up and running tonite or tomorrow and then it will be in the box going home to her owner.
When Anne got the machine it came to her in pieces and needed some serious love and I am soo glad that I was able to nurse her back to health with the help of Kenz.
I was telling Anne that this is why I love servicing vintage machines so much, I get to see and hold the history in my hands and give it the love it deserves........And I can play with them too!!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I emailed Anne the photos of her last nite and she was so excited!! The reason I love this machine so much is the pillar decals. They are actually positioned correctly. I have never seen a Red Eye that the Pillar decals were not crooked and wonky to the badge.
But I hope that Anne is not mad at me for posting the photos before here but I could not help myself with this one. Out of the hundreds of machines I have restored this is by far the nicest one of them so far!!
