Thanks Amma. I have been lurking around, just reading the posts trying to get some good ideas so that when I start working on projects again I have some ideas.

Just been checking out the website while I worked on school work this semester. I hadn't really had the time lately to do much else.

I have used bias tape like this when I make handbags, wallets, checkbook covers, paperback book covers (DM likes these so nobody knows what book she is reading-which reminds me-she wants a new one for Christmas, so Thank You Henry for that reminder!).

You could use it for tote bags. And the grocery totes too. I have used it on bibs and baby stuff as ties.
How about mini quilts? Tablerunners? Or quilted ornaments? Or a Tree skirt-around the center hole and it ties around the tree.

I also make little net bags that hang in our fruit trees that I put soap in. (keeps the deer out of my trees) I use the bias tape to make the ties to tie the bag to the branches.

It is actually pretty handy stuff!

It's so funny to read this tonight as earlier today I found a whole bunch of this stuff too mixed in w/Xmas. craft supplies. Now I can't wait to use it as I had been thinking recently about getting some and appliquing it, freestyle form, with my own design on a mini quilt!! Noone's come up w/that idea yet ;) !

Sawsan, I just love your pics of the weaving it into mini bags~!! Thank you so much for that idea and sharing w/us!!

You could tie knots at each end and secure them to a pr of eyeglasses to hang around your neck!!!  ;)

:) Thanks Janstar. We haven't had any snow. It hasn't really been that cold really. Maybe we'll get a white Christmas this year. Who knows. :)
