Default Olaf

This quilt just didn't want to be made and in the end it turned into just what it was meant to be - something that will be at home in a tent, on the floor, or hauled to a friend's for a sleepover. The front is flannel and the back is fleece, so I opted for no batting to keep it from becoming too hot to sleep under. My grandson is a Frozen fan. Secretly, he loves Anna, so the backing features the princesses but he can pretend it's all about Olaf. I had to learn Y-seams, so always something good.

Oh your such a good grandma to keep his little princess secret and disguise it as his Olaf blankie. You did a nice job on the y seams. I always want to make one of those window quilts but then I remember those seams and I just can't bring myself to take that leap. You did great.
