I don't know how to get you to her post, but she says it is quilters world magazine. April 2009. If you click the search at the top of the page then type in the name of the quilt, it will bring up 2 postings by this lady. the 2nd one gives the name of the magazine.

Thanks but the quilt I'm looking for was made of two piece block. Circles and concave to fit. Looked for mag. from other reply before you and I couldn't find mag. Wouldn't you know it, had all others, but not April of 2009. Must be somewhere because I never throw out quilting mags. Not the one from website either. That looks like a form of log cabin block. Thats for try.

Typed in "once in a blue moon" into search and couldn't find any post by that name.
