Smile Once more for Anchors Aweigh

The quilt was finally finished and labeled (thanks to Sewnsewer2) and given to my son in law, who made Chief Petty Officer yesterday. I quote the new CPO, "This is never going to sea!" I think he really likes it and doesn't want it lost, stolen or ruined (all things that happen, more frequently than you'd think at sea).

Thanks for all the encouragement from all of you, and special thanks to those of you who shared your talents with me.

Great quilt! My hubby would have liked it, he was 22 year Navy veteran.

Very nice!!!

I liked it when I first saw it on this page, but I liked it even more when I left the room and came back. Seeing it from the other side of the room let me take the pattern in more. Love the layout design!!
