This is my wonderful space in the laundry room. This is a very sunny room, 12x12 space with built in cabinet, drawers and nice long counter. The washer, dryer and freezer are to the right out of camera range.
I bring over a file cabinet that has a drop table, this table is beside the dryer when not in use, the ironing board on my right, and then I'm ready to FMQ or walking foot quilt.
My stash is opposite the sewing area in Rubbermaid tubs. When I cut and layout a quilt I use two folding tables in the guest room. I'm sort of spread out but it woks.
Always have a cat near me, mostly Ching.

I sew in my laundry room too. Mine isn't as large and nice as yours, 8x12, but it works great. Isn't it great when we have our own space.

Nice place. My laundry isn't big enough or that would be where
I would work.

My laundry room is downstairs from where I sew, which means that on laundry day I get plenty of exercise. I use an old baby monitor to hear when the dryer honks for me.

I would love to get a better look at that quilt you're working on!

When I'm done with that quilt, I'll post it.It is for my grandson.
It is basically an Irish chain with plaids, and batiks.
