I messed this one up big time! Barely bought enough material. Could not cut more. When I cut my triangles, forgot to add 1/4" on the long side. Since all was cut, had to recut everything and, of course, everything is thrown off! I'm so disgusted. BUT only you can tell. My family, husband, regular Joe, doesn't even notice seams, perfect pic frame, etc. I DO!
Anyway, I embroidered the butterflies and wanted to make a quilt out of them. Had to put it aside while I made my 2 daughters a quilt. They're done, so I finally finished my butterfly quilt!

It looks beautiful. No one will know that it didn't turn out how it was supposed to at the start if you don't tell them!!!

So sorry you had such a hard time...but this quilt is definitely worth the trouble. You would never tell that you had problems. Great design and work.

Picture doesn't really do it justice, there is a purple border there. Muslin back. Looks nice "in person". :)
Thanks everyone. The flowers on top and to side are not part of the quilt. Sorta looks like it. That is my wall.
