Smile Open Spaces Done!

Last week I showed a photo of what I was working on. Many had requested to see it finished--so here it is. This was made for the Riley Blake Challenge. It look great hanging in our home.

It is not a pattern! I used the Wacky Web templete from Missouri quilt and added a border.

What a great idea you used as a pattern and picking fabric that worked well. Enjoy.

Very beautiful! Did you mark a pattern for the quilting?

I used double bat. bottom is Quilters Dream 70/30 and ontop it is wool. I like using wool when you REALLY want the quilting to show!

The is simpliest way to describe would be--the Dot To Dot technique. Measuring and sewing point (dot) to point (dot). This is done by Angela Walters and several others.
