Awesome Pam! You always come up with the most fun things to do! I'm stil making pin cushions in my spare time just to give to friends. They really like them.

:-) I have about 3 dozen CDs to make some pin cushions with and I cut a cardboard circle as a template for them so that I could do them quickly. They are so simple to make with just crazy piecing, cut out the circle, and put them around the CDs.

Oh, Pam, these are so beautiful. I gotta get that book, my son in Japan would dearly love some sort of quilt incorporating these!

Thanks for showing us your goodies. I love Asian fabrics, but have none in my stash. Think I'll have to remedy that problem and thanks for the websites, ruth.

Look at Pauline Insene floral inspirations or just her books. The heirloom quilt book uses one of those shapes as a centre for one of her blocks. Her other books are 3d flowers. Those who went to NEC Birmingham UK 2010 and 2011 she won top show. I think there are 3 books .

There is great beauty in simplicity, the above thing is looking simply superb. Now a days these type of printing things usage will become increase, everyone using these things only.
