Our guild provided a small quilt show at our local Senior Center today. We had dozens and dozens of visitors and had such a wonderful time! The visitors were full of stories of their mother's and grandmother's quilting and many still had their family quilts - that would make some at least 100 years old. I sure enjoyed the stories :-)

Beautiful quilts. Quilting draws everybody together with stories. That is what is great about quilt shows.

Beautiful quilts. You know sometimes a small quilt show is much better then the larger ones. You have more time to sit and chat and learn from one another. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing. The stories are as wonderful as the quilts at small shows. :)

What a great way to spend your day! I would have loved to hear their stories too.
