Default Our history teacher's wedding quilt

Our sweet history teacher is getting married this September and this is her quilt. It comes from a very helpful book, "Color for the Terrified Quilter", and the pattern is called Rose Window in the book.

Love the colors, looks like pinks, aquas and grays. I am planning to make my DGD Mary a quilt in that pattern but since she likes 1950's style I was hardpressed to come up with a good color combination. The colors you used fit the 1950's to a T. May in Jersey

Another good 1950's color combo is red/aqua. And you're in luck since it's so in style right now.

Very beautiful quilt. She will be one happy teacher/bride. Thank you for loving her enough to create this beauty.
