Starting to Feel Like Christmas. Ok maybe not with cold weather, hearing carols, baking or even decorating. But my machine was buzzing away this week. I get a bit anxious when you start to hear the count down of weeks and days till Christmas. So this is THE PLAN-to knock off some of those gifts before Thanksgiving. I have several started and if I keep my eye on the ball (well project), I should have a good portion done. Now this sounds good--lets see if it all works out.

Till We Quilt Again, Helen

Felted Purse-This turned out so... cute!

9 Pillowcases being donated to our local D.A.V.-They wrap Christmas Gifts in them for the children instead of paper.

So cute. I love the idea of wrapping with the pillowcases.

When you make pillow cases, do you make only one or a pair?

I only make one. Unless I want to use up more of the same fabric (ususally novolity prints). Each child gets his or her gift in the pillow and that one is for them to keep.

I would make 2 if I were making them for a person that shares a bed such ars Mr & Mrs.
