You've probably got this handled already, but I'd say "Simply Seeing Stars" would be a good descriptive name. Or "Simply Sewing Stars" or "Simply Sewn Stars" (can you tell I like alliterative names?) It is a lovely quilt. I've never tried paper piecing, so I am admiring that you went out of your comfort zone to learn something new.
