    Do you think this would be really hard for a beginner paper piecer?

    I've done a few trial blocks and I get the general idea....I just love this pattern as I have actually seen it at San Marco and it reminds me of Venice. I'd love to give it a try unless it looks really difficult. I don't know enough about it to be able to tell.
