Thank you so much for letting us know the end results!! And I am so glad it is a happy ending. You have to be very proud of your mother. She did a terrific job, beautiful quilt!! (I also have macular degeneration, though I have only lost the center vision of one eye so far. I do not know if I could quilt if I had lost center vision in both eyes, much less create such a beautiful quilt.)

tons of stuff.
I never even realized all she did till she moved and inherited stuff.
She really is amazing, and like you, not sure I could do this with
loss of vision either.
Her love of creating made her soldier on. I can only hope to find
that kind of strength in myself

Had to wait for another brother to send me pictures.
I can't wait to talk to my oldest brother, that received the
quilt and hear him gush. We are proud of my mom for
pushing through with the stuff she deals with. Yay, mom!
