    I found this quilt on the internet for sale... I LOVE this pattern anyone know what the name of it is?

    I love this too! Did you buy it? How big is it and what size blocks are these? It would easy to draw up the pattern, but not an easy block to sew necessarily. The strips in the block are on the diagonal I think.

    Never seen this pattern.

    I didn't buy it, it was on an auction site and I cant find it now :( I do remember that they didn't have a name for it either thats why I thought you all might.

    Carpenter's square, there was a link earlier today re: red and white antique quilts on display at a museum in NY. One of them looked just like this beauty in red and white.
