Default Personalized Double Wedding Ring King

This big boy was pieced and machine embroidered by one of my most particular and diligent quilting customers for her daughter and SIL. Their names and milestone dates are embroidered in the five hearts centered among the 99 'rings.' I outlined each ring and quilted feathered, filigree (stippled) hearts in the other 94 blank blocks. The backing is minky, and though difficult to quilt, makes the quilt very warm and heavy---actually pretty enough to make the quilt reversible. If valued by hours of work, this is a million dollar quilt!!! We agreed that the outcome was worth it.
