I like your border treatment!! It complements the quilt nicely.

Hillary, I really, really like your take on an I Spy quilt.

I have a boy quilt to make for a church friend who is having her first boy after 3 girls in July.

Thanks for posting your creation.

Thankyou for all your wonderful comments!! It was fun to make! alfosa421 I have a confession.....my 'prairie points' are just half square triangles!! ( Made to fit more by luck than judgement!!!)

Thankyou!! I started with 4 1/2" squares, then just added 2" strips around them....log cabin style....finished block is 10" square. The sashing is 1 1/2". I then played around with HST! Binding is just leftover 2 1/2" bits n pieces!! Works for me! Oh ....the backing is plain black!! I still have to attach label to bottom left hand corner when baby finally arrives!! I have a similar one in the pipeline for a Linus Quilt where I just did a chequerboard border! Ooops! Posted sideways....sorry

Fun bright quilt. It will be great when baby is a toddler and can "spy" all the fun things and name the bright colors.
