Photos -- 50 yrs>50 days>50 gifts
My previous post would not let me add pictures ... let me try again ...
To recap .....
On June 12, I turned 50 ....and 50 days before the day, my DH started giving me a gift every morning.
So ...this year, I celebrated my birthday for 50 days!
Most of the gifts were my usual b/day request for soaps and bubble bath, but for some of the days he bought sewing notions ....
I love the two rulers in the back and the pink cutting mat on the right!!
And my DIL baked me a sewing machine cake!!!

What a sweet husband and a sweet memory you will have of this "monumental" birthday. I see a lot of very thoughtful gifts. And that cake is great! My daughter will be 50 in October. Seems like yesterday that she was born. You have a great year. Pamper yourself and let those around you have fun pampering you, too.

Lucky girl! What a fantastic lot you have there. The cake is just gorgeous too.
He must be my fella's long lost twin....I turn 50 in August and my husband told everyone he is giving me 50 individually wrapped gifts to celebrate. Hope he wraps 'em in fabric....the moratorium is doing my head in

Wow! Lucky girl, my gift was a week late this year. No he didn't forget, April fools day isn't one that's forgetful. Maybe he was playing a little april fools joke on me?....LOL I think I would rather have the romantic than the comedian buying me gifts. Even if my husband did this it would be practical things, toilet paper, oil for the car, he's s horrible gift giver. Happy Birthday! Thanks for sharing your wonderful husband with us!

Happy Birthday! I think everything they did for you is so special, and made your birthday just so extra special. Me and my husband always start celebrating the others birthday the week before, and have so much fun with it.
