Beautiful Lori! I did get a chuckle out of the paneling--looks like one of the family rooms I grew up in. :lol:

Thank you all for your kind responses. My mother said she took the quilts to her "ladies group" to show them off... LOL My parents are 80 and 85 and live all the way across the country from me, so its nice to have a couple of current pictures of them. They are both in good health and *crossing fingers* will be around for awhile longer. I talk to my mom every other Sunday or so and they will be coming out for DD's graduation in June.

The pictures are in their living room, they bought a doublewide mobile home when I was a teenager, moved out into the country and are still living there 35 years later. Of course it isn't the country anymore, but they are snug in their little house. My sister lives next door and keeps an eye on them, especially since my dad can't drive anymore.
