    Amana stove top 11 years old Used all the time for canning and its held up great. Had a Sharp stove before this one and gave it away when I remodeld . Used the Sharp also to can on for 25 years

    I would have an issue with the canner sitting level with that lip all the way around how do you get around that? When I was looking for a new stove I found that also to be an issue.

    There is no issue...... My stove top has ample room between my pot and the edge. Haven’t found a pot for canning that hasn't worked or fit.
