What a fantastic collection of baby quilts....you did a beautiful job with all of them. Obviously a lot of thought and love is stitched in each one. Thanks so much for sharing them with us.

These are great quilts. Bright and cheery! The star quilts really caught my eye.

Some of you have asked for the large star pattern. I found the star in Material Obsession two Doughty and Fielke

http://www.amazon.com/Material-Obses...0943977&sr=1-1

The pattern that inspired me is Kismet P. 36

I did alter it as I had mostly odd pieces of fabric. DH had bought several pillow case kits from Walmart clearance for $1 a piece. This worked out as I really have no kids fabrics right now. All it really is is a simple star on steroids. ~smile~

I LOL when I saw the sea life backing, one of my favorite fabrics for kids. I make bibs to keep my hands busy in the evening and use creatures from that fabric as the centerpiece in the bibs.

Your baby quilts look great! Anita's methods made a big difference my quilting, she's a sharp cookie!
