Again many thanks go to Deb for posting these pics. The top quilt is my youngest DGD's she was over at my house one evening and asked me to make her a quilt, with "HMS" (her initals on it) her older sister asked if I could also put "HRS" on the quilt, (her initials) when I inquired as to why she wanted her initials on her sisters quilt she said so they could share the quilt. Well, that would never do, they need their own quilt. Initally the youngest girls favorite color was baby blue, I had much trouble trying to purchase that color, so I asked DD to go with me to purchase as I couldn't bring myself to buy baby blue. Just before we were to go DGD announced that now purple is her favorite color. Yay for me, I can buy purple  The second quilt is made from left over fabrics from the quilt that is on my bed   I took a mystery quilt class, (turned out ot be a d9p) and with my leftovers and a few additional fqs. Both girls were surprised and happy to receive their own quilt.
P.S. The girls are my son-in-laws daughters from a previous marriage so they were a bit timid to ask me for a quilt. Silly girls
