Pinwheel baby quilt

This is a baby quilt for my new granddaughter Sydney. I got the inspiration from the Moda Bake Shop site.

I made the pattern larger than called for. The fabric is called Swanky by Moda. I bought the turnovers a while back. Originally, I wasn't going to do the prairie points, but changed my mind when I saw the charm packs were still available. I didn't have enough of the backing for the new size, so I added her name to some pink/brown on cream dotted fabric. I actually like the back better than the front!
I quilted curlicues in the blocks and daisies in the borders. I'm still fairly new at FMQ, but I like how it came out. :)
Thanks for looking!

There is nothing about this quilt that is not adorable. Love pinwheels in a baby quilt. The little prairie points just accentuate all the detail that you put into the quilt. Love the back with her name. Special, special, special.
