I made this quilt for Granddaughters friend's Mom. She is getting chemo for brain cancer. I hope it will bring her some comfort and warmth as she goes through this. I've never met the friend Kristen nor her Mom Kathy, she know them from my DGD telling me about them.
I consider pinwheels and sunflowers to be happy things and I hope she will too.

Thank You Ladies for the nice words. I try to find someone I think needs a quilt and give them one.
What good is it to have a talent and not share it?

What a gorgeous quilt and such a wonderful gesture on your part. I am sure she will be overwhelmed with the good wishes and thoughts coming with the quilt. It will surely bring happy thoughts and comfort.
