I was asked about my Avator so. It is a modification of a pattern by Glendora's Girl "Center Ice."

I put on some machine embroidery and also purchased various crests related to the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The borders are hard to see but they are black, black with gold, and black (Penguins colours). I also changed the player to match the Penguins uniform.

I put some hockey player fabric on the back. A lot of people I have shown the quilt to think that it could be reversible. I am not sure.

Any way that's its history.

Love your quilt being that I live in Penguin territory. Are you a Penguins fan or did you make it for someone. I know many who love to have that quilt.

Very awesome designing and creation! I would have liked it even better if it was red and white (go Wings!) LOL - just kidding. You really did a wonderful job.
