It has the heart pattern and a flower one too you can download. You can also download the basic instructions for the method shown with a different pattern but it is the same technique. Hope this helps. And yes, woody, you have one beautiful quilt there. Love the hearts. That would make a great wall quilt, full quilt, table runner, etc.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments , if anyone is interested it looks as if most of the instructions for the quilt can be found here

just scroll down a bit to where it says Cutout Magic, there are some templates and the instructions. Its a fun technique and she does a really cool looking one with stars too, have fun

I have also taken some photos to demonstrate how it was done, if anyone would like to Personal Message me their email address I will email it to them
