I believe it is the same as using freezer paper or another lightweight paper to help stabilize the fabric while piecing. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct this!

I've not heard of a wax paper method but if it's like foundation piecing or paper piecing, i sort of get it. great quilt!

love the brightness!!! knotting it just means its all that much more cozy to wrap up in! will have to look into the wax paper method, i have never heard of it before!
