A very pretty prairie peony. I like how you have added bright colors in the buds. I hope you show it again after the quilting, because it will be stunning then.

How pretty! I think I would outline stitch the motifs and do a fill in pattern in the backgrounds to make them puff up. Maybe echo or stippling in the white?
