:-D :-D :-D It's a fabumotion that I bought from a lady on another board. I just love it and it came today. She had never used it and sold it to me as she has a long arm or another type of thing to do free motion with. Any way, here are a couple of pictures of the practice I did. The stipple is great, but I do need more practice on outlineing some thing like the faeather wreath that I want ot put on my lone stars. Have a look, Huggies, Fay

I've been doing FMQ for years the regular way, but this is so nice and it moves so nice also so you have to watch how fast you go. THe lengh of the stitches depend on how fast you go Go slow and your stitches will be short ones and go faster and the stitches will be longer and that will be nice for doing the some detail on flowers and such. Some of these devices do have a stitch regulator, but this one does not have that. I'm the stitch regulator. You can move the table part of it up, down sideways and in a curcular motion. first you prepare your machine for free motion and put the darning foot on it and lower or cover the feed dogs and then you take off the little storage thing off the arm of the machine as these only work with a free arm. Then you slide the device under the machine and slide the table part under the presser foot. You may have to lift the presser foot to get it under it. Then you move the table in all directions to make sure the foot will not hit the metal table thing. Then you can mark the bottom part that sits under the machine so you won't have to fuss later, You know where it will sit. Any way you can do nice free motion with it and I'm so happy with it. Some of these have a stitch regulator, but there is no connection on my machine but on some machines there is a little port on the foot pedal and the stitch regiulater can be hooked to that port and then you can do free motion quilting with beautiful even stitched designs. These sell for some thing like $300.00 The lady I bought it from never used it and it was still in the opriginal box and has a DVD to watch how it is used. I paid $75.00 for it, not including the shipping. Well any whoooo I'm enjoying it and a little more pratice and I will be ready to work on those lone stars. Have a great day, Huggies Fay
