It's my daughter's turn for me to make her a quilt. She's 10 years old. I wanted something uncomplicated, so she chose pinwheel blocks, designed it (she wants rainbow colors), and helped choose fabrics from my stash. I'm going to have her help as much as possible. Now we're going to get started!

Oh, she is beautiful and she looks very happy to get started! The design will work out perfectly from your fabric that you've selected. And a new quilter is born!!

May you have many, many years of quilting together.

The colors and fabrics look great. Have fun. There is a tutorial on cutting triangles that make, making pinwheels easier.

Looks like she's having a great time and did a great job selecting colors. You're creating wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. From a fellow Arkansan, welcome to the board. We're happy to have you join in the fun.
